In this class, we use yoga as a healing instrument for the mind, body, and soul. We begin each class in a guided loving meditation to set an intention for the class. We explore our breath through basic breathing techniques followed by a series of gentle postures to guide us through a healing moving meditation. All you need is a space as small as your yoga mat to heal and flow with me. After the class, you have the option to proceed with your day or stay behind for a healing circle where we journal and share our experiences of the class.
